Rental Agreement
Important rental rules

Customer is responsible for damage to any parts of the car during the rental period.

Smoking is not allowed in the car. Deposit will be charged full amount if smell or smoke ashes found inside the car during return.

Customer must follow the national and rural speed limit. Over speeding is strictly prohibited.

No pets allowed inside the car. Deposit will be charged full amount if any sign of pets fur or smell found inside car during return.

Durian or any foods that could leave strong smell are not allowed inside the car. Deposit will be charged for the cost of cleaning.

No alcoholic beverage allowed inside the car. Deposit will be charged as a penalty for ignoring rules.

If went to visit beaches or mud area, always be reminded to clean beach sand and mud before entering car. Deposit will be charged as penalty.
- 8
Please clean any food waste and drink as it will attract insects. Failure to do so will result your deposit being charged as penalty.

Before returning car, please throw away any bottle / tissue / food plastics / face mask. Deposit will be charged as penalty.

Persons without valid driving license are not allowed to drive the car. We will report the person to the authority.

For long term rental, please always keep the car in clean condition. Please clean the car at least once a week.
- 12
Please notify car rental provider if the car needed maintenance or if maintenance nearly due. Penalty will be charged every 1km of exceeding mileage.
- 13
Please notify car rental provider if car breakdown during rental. Customer is required to bring the car to any nearby workshop for checking. If problem can be fixed immediately, customer has to pay the cost of repair to the workshop and it is claimable from the company. However, if breakdown happened due to customer’s negligence or mistakes, the cost of repair is not claimable. In situation where the car cannot be repair immediately, the company will work to give a replacement car to customer.

Please always obey to road and highway speed limit to avoid being summoned. Additional charge of RM100 will be added to each summon if customer did not pay within given timeframe.

Please always provide true information to the company. If any wrong information or details provided the company has the right to charge a penalty.
- 16
There is 350km mileage limitation for a day rental. 4000km mileage limit is applied for monthly rental. Extra charge will be incurred for every 1km exceeding the allowable mileage.
- 17
In case of road accident, customer will have to bear the repair cost of minor accident and other related cost. For major accident, the company will proceed with insurance claim for the repair cost. However, there is sum of amount to be paid by customer as penalty for the loss of use and other related cost.
- 18
The company and its asset are not responsible and complicit if the customer committed crime or broken the law during the rental period.
- 19
The company reserve the right to terminate the rental at any time if customer did not comply to the rules and regulations communicated to them.
- 20
No refund will be provided for early vehicle return, shortened rental duration, or no-show on the booking date.
